Manning Country Week Welcome Fours
192 bowlers were at Manning on Thursday 2nd of March for our Welcome Fours. After 4 games of 10 ends the best of the 48 teams were 1 L Herbert, B Fensome, B Lee & R Giles [Nungarin]. 2 I Dolton, K Butler, A Taylor & K Bow [Bruce Rock]. 3 M Crameri, B Calthorp, S Aitchison & R Bycroft [Cunderdin]. 4 B Taylor, R Griffiths, D Reid & H McClelland [Kellerberrin]. A. M. Winners Were K Robartson, J Cukela, T Smythe & B Criddle [Geraldton]. P.M. Winners were P Smith, R Smith, J O’Neil & G Morrison [Mukinbudin].
Special thanks to Debbie and her many helpers in the kitchen for once again providing excellent meals which were greatly appreciated by everyone present. Also to Brian, Phil and Ken for doing a top job of cooking the high quality steaks. After the early morning rain David and his staff did a great effort in getting the greens up to the condition that they did.
