The Mens Two Bowls Singles was completed over the weekend with Otto Dawson overcoming Steve Lambert in the final.  Congratulations Otto and well done Steve for reaching the final.

Melbourne Cup dinner is going well with good nominations coming in but there are still vacancies should you like to turn up.  A sheet is on the board for catering purposes.

Kristina Krstic is being presented with her Australian Cap on Saturday so consider staying back at the club and help to make the presentation memorable.  The presentation will be followed by a players dinner with the One Blue1 Chefs doing the cooking.

We now have happy hour at the club Tuesday to Friday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Our beer for this month is Swan Draught.

Don’t forget the calcutta on Monday night.  If you have tickets to be returned please get them back to John or Dave on Sunday at the latest so they can set up for the big night.
