Forever Fitness – Exercise Program for SeniorsWhat is Forever Fitness?

Forever Fitness supports seniors to live the life they choose by keeping active through gentle exercises. At Forever Fitness we aim to improve health and well-being with the following:

  1. Stretching exercises to maintain YOUR flexibility
  2. Light weight-bearing exercises to build YOUR muscular strength
  3. Cardiovascular exercises to improve YOUR lung & heart health
  4. Balance exercises to reduce YOUR chances of falling
  5. Health and fitness Qi Gong to relax and revitalise YOUR body and mind

All classes are being facilitated by a qualified Group (Cert III) & Personal (Cert IV) Fitness Instructor with extensive Kung Fu and Qi Gong experience.

Time:              Every Wednesday 10:30 am – 11:30 am (from 16 November 2022)

Location:        Manning Bowling Club (Challenger Avenue, Manning)

Fee:                $10 per session

  • No contracts to sign
  • $10 for members plus $10 annual membership fee

You will need a pair of dumbells (0.5kg or 1kg each) and a resistance band with a pair of handles.
